Do you handle the entire project or just the carpentry?
The entire project. We coordinate the construction process and work with clients, designers, architects and subcontractors, and project management and permitting are part of what we provide.
Do you work with designers and architects? Can you work with existing plans?
Yes to both. Turning architectural plans into finished construction is a large part of what we do, and we work alongside designers and architects from the early stages of a project through completion.
Can you handle structural modifications?
Yes. Structural modifications and challenging construction conditions are among the problems we solve, along with room additions, second story additions and garage conversions.
How much does a remodel or a custom home cost?
It depends entirely on the scope, the finishes and the condition of what is already there. We would rather talk it through with you than publish a number that will not match your project. Contact us and we will discuss it.
How long will my project take?
That depends on the size of the project and how much of it is design, permitting and structural work. We will walk you through the construction process, the budget and the timeline for your specific project.
How far do you travel?
